How Does Billing Work?

Billing for KDesk works using Stripe. You can access billing information, invoices, make payments, and more by clicking on “Team Settings”, navigating to the Billing section, and clicking “Manage Billing Information”.

How Does KDesk Charge?

Charge Rates

KDesk charges two different rates to makeup a team’s subscription. The first rate is a montly rate charged for every user you have as a member of the team. This can be directly controlled by modifying memberships in the “Members” section.

The second rate is a usage rate that calculates how much data your team has stored, and charges you for the data rate per gigabyte (GB). This can be controlled using the “Automation” section in the “Team Settings”.

Subscription Period

KDesk invoices all user’s on a monthly basis. At this time, there is no way to change the invoice frequency that can be configuered inside of KDesk. If you need different payment terms, please contact customer support for assistance.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you must delete your team. This cannot be undone by yourself or by Seraphex, so be sure this is what you want to do. You can complete this by going to “Team Settings”, and clicking “Delete Team” down below. Proceed with the steps, and after doing so, your subscription will be cancelled.
